    Terms and Conditions

    Domestic:

    • 3 years warranty on labour and parts in our facilities.
    • Warranty does not validate in failures not attributable to the product (hits, accident, misuse, incorrect connection).
    • The product that is tampered with will lose the warranty.
    • The guarantee does not cover the displacement.
    • The customer will be responsible for transport to our facilities, if the equipment is under warranty, Innowater will return it at no cost to their address.

    Industrial:

    • The guarantee of these equipment is conditional on a mandatory maintenance plan (request information in the mail postventa@innowater.es).
    • 3 years warranty on labour and parts in our facilities.
    • Warranty does not validate in failures not attributable to the product (hits, accident, misuse, incorrect connection).
    • The product that is tampered with will lose the warranty.
    • The guarantee does not cover the displacement.
    • The customer will be responsible for transport to our facilities, if the equipment is under warranty, Innowater will return it at no cost to their address.

    Control and dosage:

    • 3 year warranty on labor and parts at our facilities.
    • Warranty invalid for failures not attributable to the product (blows, accident, misuse, incorrect connection).
    • The product that is manipulated will lose the guarantee.
    • The guarantee does not cover displacement.
    • The client will be responsible for transport to our facilities. If the equipment is under warranty, Innowater will return it free of charge to the address.
    • The pH and redox electrodes are not covered by warranty, except for manufacturing defects.
